Cebon is a very familiar and flat organisation. It is easy to make your voice heard and you feel welcome right from the start. The job is very varied and you work a lot together to find the best solution for the customer. We travel, go to fairs together and share experiences, and I would consider many on the team to be my friends. My work gives me the opportunity to influence my work situation and develop as a person. Many contacts both outside and inside our organisation make my work exciting and provide constant opportunities for change, development and new collaborations. Being part of our fantastic purchasing team in a dynamic organisation requires flexibility and new solutions from me and my colleagues, which creates variety and a wonderful teamwork with a lot of laughter.

I have been working at Cebon for 3 years and started as a Field Application Engineer, where I learnt about new technologies and was in contact with clients about their applications, which made the job stimulating. After a few years, I wanted to go more in to sales. The company is really empowering people to develop themselves which we have many examples of and so now I am working as Technical Sales, where I can use much of my previous experience when meeting the customers.
