Job Information
We are now seeking a Sales & Business Development Specialist to strengthen our Danish B2B-business sales organization within our GP Consumer division, which focuses on consumer batteries and related products such as power banks, flashlights, light sources, and charging devices. Your workday will be varied, and you will handle the entire spectrum of the sales process, from analysing and prospecting, presentations, negotiations and closings to running sales activities and customer success management. The role is to be filled immediately, and you will primarily work from your home office or our office in Odense, with occasional travel days throughout the year.
As Sales & Business Development Specialist within GPBM Nordic, you will join a sales team with skilled and driven colleagues who are passionate about developing themselves and the company. For this position, we are looking for someone who can bring new initiatives and ideas, thereby contributing to GPBM Nordic's current growth journey within the GP Consumer division.

Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and identifying new customer relationships while working on sales and development of the existing customer portfolio.
- Developing and implementing market and sales strategies.
- Creating trustworthy and long-term relationships, acting as a link between the company and the customer.
- Conducting presentations and product training for the customer’s employees.
- Representing the company and its brands at various customer events, trade fairs, etc.
We are looking for you have:
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of FMCG with sustainability focus.
- Good track record of cultivating and sustaining client relationships.
- Ability to adapt strategies based on market need.
- Solid ability to work independently and drive results.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in B2B product sales and/or retail.
- Relevant education in sales, marketing, retail, or economics is. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in digital tools that enhance business efficiency, including MS Office, especially Excel
- A valid Class B driver’s license.

- Comfortable working with both direct accounts and through partners, both large and small.
- Confident in managing all 4Ps of sales and marketing.
- Equally adept at working in both Nordic and national contexts.
